Regional Sales Manager
Brief Job Description:
Develop & implement effective sales strategies.
Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales target.
Negotiate and settle agreements with critical customers.
Train newly recruited field force for optimum output.
Assist NSM to prepare and execute monthly and annual sales plan.
Validate and authorize the potential new market and distributors.
Provide on time effective solutions of field sales force.
Analyze regional marketing trends and discover new opportunity for growth.

Education:
Master’s/ MBA in Marketing preferably from any public/reputed private university.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years practical experience in FMCG/reputed manufacturing company.
Salary & Benefit:
1. Attractive package will be offered commensurate with experience & qualification.

Area Sales Manager
Brief Job Description:
Attending the distribution point according to tour plan.
Confirming the timely attendance of all TSM & SO.
Confirming timely product delivery to distributor point.
Carring out market visit with field force on regular basis.
Realizing of sales proceeds & timely online confirmation.
Supervising & guiding the sales force to increase the market share.
Education:
Master’s/ MBA Marketing preferably from any public/reputed private university.
Experience:
Minimum 07 years practical experience in FMCG/reputed manufacturing company.
Motorcycle driving ability is mandatory for ASM.
Salary & Benefit:
1. Attractive package will be offered commensurate with experience & qualification.
2. ASM will be provided with full time Motorcycle.
