01. General Manager
Department – Operation
Qualification & Experience – MBA in any discipline preferably from public university with minimum ten (10) years.
02. Specialist
Department – Pediatric & Neonatology, Medicine & Allied
Qualification & Experience – Minimum 5 years relevant experience in relevant specialty with any post graduate degree like FCPS/MD.

03. Nurse Supervisor
Department – Nursing Services
Qualification & Experience – B.Sc or Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery with 6 years’ experience in the related field.
04 Sr. Staff Nurse
Department – OT, POW, ICU, PICU,NICU, CCU, Emergency, Cath Lab & Floor
Qualification & Experience – B.Sc /Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery recognized by Bangladesh Nursing Council with 2 years Experience.
05. Officer/Sr. Officer
Department – Admission & Billing
Qualification & Experience – Graduate in any discipline (but commerce background will be preferred) with minimum 1/2 year experience.
06. Officer/Sr. Officer
Department – Customer Service
Qualification & Experience – Masters/Bachelor in any discipline with m inimum 1/2 year experience.

7. Security Supervisor
Department – Safety & Security
Qualification & Experience – HSC passed in any discipline. Retired Police/Army/BGB/in the supervisory post.
08. Room Attendant
Department – Housekeeping
Qualification & Experience – Minimum SSC or equivalent with minimum 2 years related experience in hospital or restaurant.
09. Waiter
Department – Food & Beverage
Qualification & Experience – HSC with 3 years Diploma in F&B or HSC with 6 month trade course.
10. Technician(Gas Plant/Water treatment plant)
Department – Biomedical
Qualification & Experience – Minimum SSC or equivalent with minimum 1 year experience.
11. AC/Electric/ Generator Technician, Lift Operator
Department – Engineering & Maintenance
Qualification & Experience – Minimum SSC or equivalent( 6 months trade course completed candidate will be preferred) with minimum 1 year experience .
12. Security Guard
Department – Safety & Security
Qualification & Experience – SSC or equivalent. For Ex- Defense member education qualification may be considered.
