Position Description:
We, one of the largest business conglomerates in Bangladesh, are looking for potential General Manager- Sales (Commercial Vehicles and Passenger Car). This position requires not only extraordinary performance in sales, but also proper execution of top-line management responsibilities to effectively lead both variable and fixed operations for a sales dealership team.
Position Vacant: 2, one for Commercial vehicle and the other one for Passenger car.
Job Descriptions/Responsibilities:
• Set the yearly, quarterly and monthly sales targets of the products based on the existing market potential of a specific territory.
• Distribute the set target to the team and specific individuals; develop and monitor a specific strategy or roadmap for team and individuals to achieve the targets.
• Be proficient in VR, and CRM tools. Utilize CRM to record all opportunities and ensure completion of proper follow-up.
• Work directly with sales team, retail and corporate customers to develop relationships
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network.

Qualifications Uttara Motors Limited:
• Minimum 15 years of experience in similar field, including 7/8 years of proven experience being a leader or department head to a reputed organization.
• Masters/MBA in Marketing will be given preference.
Additional Requirements:
• Age not over 40 years.
• The ability to set a vision and mission with concurrence of the Board
• The ability to build the brand and brand image
• The ability to set and execute a 3 year business goal & plan (with targeted MS)
• The ability to build, implement & monitor a full team to achieve the above three points
• Candidates having strong corporate customer network will be given preference. Expert in digital communication
